Our Unique design process will allow you to create the perfect jewellery. For something like an engagement ring, it is the only way to get exactly what she is looking for.

Although there are no limits to what jewellery you can imagine and we can create, we will have a team of experts to guide you along the practical side of designing jewellery.  We can help you stay within a budget by telling you what may cost too much, or advise you on designs that might be less practical.

You can be as involved in the design process as you wish. You can either have the piece be exactly something you already had in mind, or you can rely on our specialists’ to help you come up with a design that is perfect for you.

Here is the in depth details of what we do, all at our downtown location;

Step 1.  You will sit down with an expert computer graphics designer to work out how to build your piece.  Working with your ideas, our designer will guide you through factors such as price, time, skill, method and intricacy involved in the creation of your design to be sure that they all suit you.  Suggestions will allow you to get exactly what you want out of a piece, both practically and sentimentally.

Step 2.  Your design is made into a  model.  Based on our designer’s decision, the design is either carved by hand by a goldsmith or programmed into our 3D CAD program by a computer graphics pro, to later be printed into a model.  After this stage, the model can be viewed so that you can see what your two dimensional design looks like in reality. Your approval of the model launches the next step in the process.

Step 3.  The waxes are casted.  During this step, our goldsmiths use the model to create a mold.  Using our on-site kiln, the model is burnt from the mold.  Metal, provided by you or supplied by us, is melted and poured into the mold to create the metal piece.  Like the model, the casted piece can also be viewed for your approval.

Step 4.  After you have given the final approval on the now casted piece, the diamonds or gemstones are set.

Step 5.  Using our top of the line machinery, the piece is cleaned and polished to give it a beautiful finishing touch.
